SCREEN PRINTING

The screen process offers high opacity UV ink with 4-color process and spot color printing that can be used on virtually any flat rigid or flexible surface regardless of shape, size and thickness. This method of printing is used for large runs of 50 or more items depending on the following:

  1. Size
  2. Material/Substrate
  3. Colors
  4. Sides
  5. Quantity

Products use ultraviolet (UV) curing technology for extended outdoor and indoor use. Metallic, fluorescent and 4-color process is available but we cannot guarantee a perfect match to any PMS or Spot color. Fluorescent inks will fade rapidly when exposed to direct sunlight and are recommended for indoor or short-term outdoor usage only. Any ink printed on backgrounds other than white will appear darker.

DIGITAL PRINTING

This 4-color process method uses the ink colors of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black also know as CMYK. Digital printing can be used on nearly any flexible material with high resolution capabilities. The pricing methods for this process are:

  1. Size
  2. Material
  3. Laminate
  4. Quantity

All products are printed using 4-color process (CMYK). Colors cannot be guaranteed when attempting to match specific PMS or Spot colors but the closest match will be used.
Common Products: Vehicle Graphics, Banners, Decals, Interior Signage and Graphics

THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING

Thermal printing uses heat and pressure to transfer layers of colors onto materials such as vinyl, magnetic and plastics. All products are priced based off the following:

  1. Size
  2. Material
  3. Colors
  4. Quantity

Common Products: Labels, Interior Graphics, Plastic Overlays and Decals
